　　大家好！我叫，是金海工贸企业的一名新员工。在五四青年节到来之时，能够有机会在这里，与大家共谈“五四”精神，我深感荣幸。我们知道，这次活动寄托了各位领导、在座的各位前辈们对我们青年人的关怀、呵护和期望。

　　“立身百行，以学为基”，尤其是在这个科技进步日新月异，知识更新步伐日渐加快的世界，学习比以往任何时候都显得更加重要而紧迫。我们不仅要刻苦钻研专业知识，也要注重自身思想政治的提高。我坚持认真学习各门课程，虽然我刚参加工作不久，但我深知必须把以往的理论学习结合工作实践。所以，在今后的工作中，我将以求真务实的精神状态、积极饱满的工作热情，倾注全力做好工作，使自己不断进步。为此我对自己做了以下几点要求：

　　第一，严于律己，遵守各项规章制度。处处严格要求自己，做到不迟到不早退，按时出勤。做到自重、自省、自警、自励。

　　第二，做到恪尽职守，勤奋工作。我将牢固树立责任意识，以扎扎实实的作风，勤勤恳恳的态度，实实在在的做好岗位工作，绝不将领导交办的任务积压或延误。

　　第三，做到不断学习，充实自己。刚参加工作，我自身还存在着很多的毛病，很多的不足，在以后的工作中，我将不断学习各种业务知识，以提高自己的工作能力。平凡的岗位，同样孕育着伟大，让我们用火热的青春，在各自的岗位舞台上，一如既往地保持良好的精神状态，一起为企业发展壮大而不懈努力！

　　Everyone has his own understanding of young; it is a period of time of beauty and wonders, only after you have experienced the sour, sweet, bitter and salty can you really become a person of significance. Their time of young is limitted, it may pay without your attention, and when you discover what has happened, it is always too late. Grasping the young well means a better time is waiting for you in the near future, or the situation may be opposite.

　　Having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing, they all made full use of their youth time, to do things that are useful to society, to the whole mankind, and as a cosquencyanjianggao/e, they are remembered by later。

　　Generations, admired by everyone. So do something in the time of young, although you may not get achievements as these greaten did, though not for the whole word, just for youeself, for those around!

　　The young is just like blooming flowers, they are so beautiful when blooming, they make people feel happy, but with time passing by, after they withers ,mote people think they are ugly. And so it is the same with young, we are enthusiastic when we are young, then we may lose our passion when getting older and older. So we must treasure it, don’t let the limited time pay, leaving nothing of significance.

　　As you slowly open your eyes, look around, notice where the light comes into your room; listen carefully, see if there are new sounds you can recognize; feel with your body and spirit, and see if you can sense the freshening the air.

　　Yes, yes, yes, it’s a new day, it’s a different day, and it’s a bright day! and most importantly, it’s a new beginning for your life, a beginning where you are going to make new decisions, take new actions, make new friends, and take your life to a totally unprecedented(空前的) level.

　　In your mind’s eye, you can see clearly the things you want to have, the paces you intend to go, the relationships you desire to develop, and the positions you aspire(励志) to reach.

　　You can hear your laughter’s of joy and happening the day when everything happens as you dream. You can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment strikes. You can feel your face is getting red, your heart is beating fast, and your blood is rushing all over your body, to every single corner of your being!

　　You know all this is real as long as you are confident, passionate and committed! (效忠的) and you are confident, you are passionate, you are committed!

　　You will no longer fear ma-king new sounds, showing new facial expressions, using your body in new ways, approaching new people, and asking new questions.

　　You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion, and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take.

　　You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life. you will never succumb(屈服,屈从) to challenges of hardships.

　　You will never waver(动摇) in your pursuit of excellence. After all, you are the best, and you deserve the best!

　　As your coach and friend, I can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you, but the key to that door is in your hand. You must do your part. You must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan; you must never quit and you must never fear. I know you must do it, you can do it, you will do it, and you will succeed! Now stand firm and tall, make a fist, get excited, and yell it out:

　　I must do it! I can do it! I will do it! I will succeed!

　　尊敬的各位领导，教师，亲爱的同学们：

　　大家早上好!

　　我是__班的__，今日我演讲的题目是《弘扬五四精神，做一名守纪律讲道德的中学生》

　　刚过完五一小假，我们又迎来了五四这个特殊的节日。这是我们青年人的节日。

　　有人说，青春是一首歌，回荡着欢快、美妙的旋律;有人说青春是一幅画，镌刻着瑰丽、浪漫的色彩。

　　1919年的5月4日，为了驱逐黑暗、争取光明，为了祖国的和富强，一群意气风发的青年用热血和生命谱写了一曲最壮丽的青春之歌，绘就了一幅最宏伟的`青春图画。如今，“五四”运动已作为光辉的一页载入了中华民族的史册。然而，“五四运动”绝不仅仅是一个历史事件，它更是一种精神，一种伟大的“五四运动”的精神。在这种精神里，有着青年人关注国家命运的责任和使命，有着青年人振兴民族大业的赤胆与忠心。

　　今日，我们的祖国已经进入了一个新的历史时期，振兴中华的责任，已落在我们青年人的肩上，“五四”的火炬，已传到了我们青年人的手中。“五四”的精神，需要我们青年人发扬光大。可是要弘扬“五四”精神，就必须思考一个问题。我们应该拥有一个怎样的青春?怎样的人生?是在浑浑噩噩中度过，还是在拼搏中进步?在学校里，我们经常看到这样的场面，有的同学经常迟到、甚至旷课;有的同学穿拖鞋，有的同学偷偷地躲在学校的某一个角落吸烟，有的同学带起了耳环染起了发;还有的同学一到上课就睡觉……这些不良的行为不仅严重地危害到同学们的身心健康，更为重要的是，这也影响到学校的形象，是一种严重破坏校风校纪的行为。

　　这些不良习惯为什么会产生呢?有的是由于有的同学在生活方面完全没有自觉性，不能约束和控制自己，随心所欲;也有的是由于有的同学认为学校的纪律太严，完全了他们的自由;也有同学认为那是酷的表现……，然而不管是什么原因，这些不良习惯都是不能适应学校生活的表现。我们在学校里，只有在校风校纪的约束下，才能正常地完成学业，假如养成了我行我素的恶习，今后走向社会，是很难立足的。假如这些不良习惯不及时改正，就会误入歧途，小错就会酿成大错。

　　我们每个人在这里求学，都有一个追求，都有一理想，都有一个志向，假如说学校是一片沃土的话，我们要在这里把我们的耕作变成果实，实现我们的追求;假如说学校是一支拐杖的话，我们要拄着这支拐杖攀登高峰，实现我们的志向;假如说学校是一只展翅飞翔巨鸟的话，那她会承载着我们的希望去实现我们的理想。我们要学做一个文明的人，一个诚实的人，一个勤学的人，一个守纪的人，做一个“脱离了低级趣味，一个高尚的人”。/转载请保留
